liebling is currently available as an iPhone app on the App Store. Android is planned but is not yet available.

Share an invitation link or code with your family or close friends. Only invited people can join your family and see the shared photos and videos. There are no public profiles and no unknown viewers.

Free and Plus have the same features – only storage differs. Free includes 3 GB for photos and videos, free forever. Plus offers unlimited original-quality photos under fair use and 100 GB for videos.

Both plans support up to 50 family members in total, including the family owner, and unlimited child profiles. Videos can be up to 5 minutes long. Recaps are also included for free once enough suitable content is available.

One Plus subscription covers your whole family space – invited members do not pay extra. You can find current prices in the pricing section and cancel anytime.

Your photos and videos are stored encrypted on servers in Germany. This refers to your media, not all account and usage data. You can find details about other data processing and service providers in our privacy policy.

The recovery code is a personal 12-word code. It lets you restore access to your encrypted family memories if you lose or replace your device, or sign in on a new one.

Keep it safe, preferably offline. If you lose both the code and access to all devices already set up, neither you nor we can recover your encrypted data. You will permanently lose access to it.

Yes. Your memories belong to you. You can export your photos in original quality. Videos are exported space-efficiently in up to Full HD unless an original is stored separately. This keeps you independent and in control of your data.

You can delete your account directly in the app. Your personal data and uploaded photos and videos will be deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply. Before deleting your account, you should export your memories if you want to keep them. More details on account deletion can be found here.
